“R Photo Sizes” or “R Photo Print Sizes” are commonly used for photo types of paper or “photography” to “print photo” and various other sizes such as “frame”, “postcard”, and “passport”. This Series are includes 2R, 3R, 4R, 5R, 6R, 8R, 10R, 11R, 12R, 14R, 16R, 20R, 22R, 24R, 30R in unit of measurements in mm (millimeter), cm (centimeter), and inch (inches). Some of them are used as a “standard” in photography and can be customized.
“Standard Photo Sizes” that includes in “The R Series Sizes” are commonly used for photo printing. Today there are many types of photo paper that are often used to print photos, for example “glossy photo paper”. Unlike “A Series paper sizes” that based on “ISO” standard, the aspect ratios of “photographic” prints may vary, so exact scaling of prints is not always possible. However, there are some logical correspondences between the sizes.
