a girl become a victim of bullying at her school, targeted because her father was a murderer. Thru a series of fated events, she meets a boy from a rich family gangster. This boy protects her from the bullies, they become a close friends and soon they fall in love each other. One day, the boy was kidnapped and the girl witnessed the abduction, she attempts to help him, only to be taken by the kidnappers as well.
Due to an unexpected accident during the kidnapping, both experienced a painful end to their first loves and they became separated. The boy was rescued from the kidnappers by his father and family, but he was unable to return to help her, who was presumed to be dead.
The time goes by, as adults he become a detective, still believing that she is not dead, always miss her and has set his mind on finding her. While she has new name and known as Zoey Lou with bright personality, a fashion designer, but she still carries the emotional scars of her past inside her.
They meet again as adults through destiny. Fate leads to the meeting of the two, but she is unforgiving towards him for abandoning her during the kidnapping. Meanwhile, another man, rich with the money, who know Zoey Lou, returns to Korea for revenge. He appears as a warm and nice person, but he turns out to be a psychopathic murderer and uses the alias name to get his revenge.
